Learn to Day Trade: Does your Personality Suit YOUR Trading Style?

As you will be aware, every trader has a different personality and sees the world differently to the next trader. This is what makes a market with all the differing views coming together in one place. Therefore it would be fair to say that there isn’t a one size fits all when it comes to day trading strategies that will work for everyone.

Some day traders will be rapid thinkers and able to assimilate large amounts of data, then make a decision and scalp rapidly with ease. Whilst others will be slower to process and less reactive to what they see. It's not that one trader is more intelligent than the other, it's simply that they have different personalities and strengths.

Therefore paying for and being taught via an online trading education service or chatroom and believing what is being conveyed to you is a one size fits all solution is simply nieve. What may work for the trader teaching you, may, in fact, be completely the opposite that should work for you based on your personality.

Its also very important to consider that the trader who may be teaching you has probably spent  hundreds of hours perfecting their thesis and trading style. So thinking that you can quickly take what is being taught and altered it slightly within a week or so to make consistent money is incredibly nieve.

At TraderEquity, we make our money from profitable traders. Therefore it's in our interest to invest in each of our traders by providing FREE Education and a FREE Mentoring Chatroom which caters to these different personalities. (Only avaliable to traders trading with us)

With all this said, learning and mastering the solid basics being taught by us is a vital as part of a firm foundation. Even more important is taking what you’ve been taught and doing your own work to find something that truly works and suits your personality.

Happy Trading!
